About This Role

You'll learn how to identify the right prospects, start professional conversations, follow up properly, and help move deals forward. This role is for someone consistent, coachable, and comfortable communicating with people.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, Google, and online directories
- Send outbound outreach messages (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp) using templates and scripts
- Qualify leads by asking questions and understanding business needs
- Schedule meetings and keep leads organized in a tracker/CRM
- Support proposal and offer preparation with notes and basic research
- Track outreach activity and results weekly (messages, replies, booked calls)

Operations Manager
Be the day-to-day operator keeping Mijane Technologies running while the founder is engaged at an external placement. You'll own internal communications, project tracking, and team accountability across engineering, business development, and marketing.
About This Role
This is a full-time remote Operations Manager role. The founder is engaged full time at an external placement for the next 6 months and needs a reliable, self-directed operator to keep the business running day to day. You will be the glue between clients, the internal team, and ongoing projects. You will own internal communications, project tracking, and team accountability so the founder can focus on high-level decisions after hours.
What You'll Do
- Run the daily team standup on Microsoft Teams
- Keep Microsoft Planner updated and ensure no task goes stale more than 48 hours
- Serve as the first point of contact for active clients when questions or issues arise
- Coordinate between team members across engineering, business development, and marketing to keep everyone unblocked
- Send the founder a concise end-of-day summary covering what moved, what is blocked, and what needs a decision
- Manage admin tasks including invoices, contracts, and client follow-ups
- Maintain the internal SharePoint hub including client profiles, active projects, and campaign tracking
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English, written and spoken (French is a strong plus)

About This Role
This is a full-time remote account executive role based in Morocco, working US Eastern Time hours. You will take qualified meetings booked by our appointment setters, run discovery, deliver proposals, handle objections, and close. We sell Microsoft Power Platform automation, custom software, and managed services to SMBs, with deal sizes typically ranging from $5,000 to $50,000. Compensation is base salary plus uncapped commission on closed deals — on-target earnings typically $3,000 to $5,000 per month, with top performers earning more. Paid monthly via Wise or Western Union.
What You'll Do
- Run 4 to 8 discovery and sales calls per day on Zoom or Google Meet with qualified US-based prospects
- Lead structured discovery to uncover pain, budget, timeline, and decision process
- Deliver tailored proposals and walk prospects through pricing, scope, and ROI
- Handle objections live including price-related concerns, timing, and competing solutions

You bring the discipline, communication skills, and consistency required to perform. What You'll Do
- Make 80 to 120 outbound cold calls per day to US-based SMB decision makers across legal, CPA, healthcare, insurance, automotive, and construction verticals
- Run parallel LinkedIn outreach and cold email sequences through Instantly and our internal pipeline
- Qualify prospects against our ICP criteria and book discovery calls directly onto the closer’s calendar
- Handle the first layer of objections on the phone including "not interested," "send me info," and "we already have someone"
- Log every call, email, and LinkedIn touch in the CRM the same day
- Hit weekly activity targets and monthly booked-meeting quotas
- Show up daily for team huddles, role-play sessions, and call reviews
- Follow up with no-shows and reschedule within 24 hours
